Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement
These terms govern your use of QikAnalytix, a desktop application published by Abibin Academy ("we", "us"). By installing, activating, or using the app you agree to these terms.
1. License grant
Subject to a valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use QikAnalytix:
- Trial — a time-limited license (e.g. 7 days) with full features, for evaluation.
- Pro — a per-machine license for the paid term. Each license key activates on one machine unless a multi-seat/organization license is purchased.
- Enterprise / Organization — a multi-seat license governed by your order or agreement, allowing activation on the agreed number of machines.
2. Activation and machine binding
Licenses are validated online once and then work offline. A key binds to the machine on which it is first activated. Transferring a license to a new machine is permitted by contacting support to release the binding. Circumventing licensing, sharing keys beyond your seat count, or tampering with the software is prohibited.
3. Restrictions
- Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the licensing except as permitted by law.
- Do not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software without written permission.
- Do not use the software unlawfully or to process data you are not authorized to process.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you load. We do not access it — processing is entirely local. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment, renewal and refunds
Paid plans are billed as shown at purchase (e.g. Pro billed annually). [State your renewal and refund policy here — e.g. a 14-day money-back guarantee.] Taxes may apply based on your location.
6. Updates and support
We may provide updates and fixes. Support is provided by email at contact@abibinacademy.com for licensed users during the license term.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You are responsible for verifying analytical results before relying on them for decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the software is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
These terms apply while you use the software. We may revoke a license for breach (e.g. key sharing, chargeback, unlawful use). On termination you must stop using the software.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction — e.g. India], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
